The town seems to care about money. They don't seem to care about the effect of this data center on our property value. Who wants to buy a house next to a hyper-scale data center, especially when the property is of a higher value? Drive down our street and see all of the newly build homes. Some are nicer than on the lake. Now try to sell that house with the hum of a data center, or the worry that our well water may be affected.
